AquaCleaner have been in the business now for over 10 years ,we offer a professional external cleaning & sealing service throughout Essex. We use a revolutionary industrial pressure rotary cleaning system, our machines are purposely designed to restore hard working surfaces. We provide a unique deep cleaning system, effective enough to remove unsightly tyre marks, most oil stains, weeds, moss and slippery algae.
The majority of driveways and patios are constructed with various types of block paving, this surface is very porous unless it is sealed, plus the joints between the blocks make it easy for weeds to flourish if not maintained regularly.
Before cleaning a block paved surface, we would assess and treat the area if required with a fungicidal wash to kill off any lichen or stubborn staines that the jetwash alone won’t remove. Our pressure cleaning equipment will then be able to quickly remove any dirt or weeds that may have appeared on the surface of the block paving over time, after leaving sufficient time for the block paving to dry; normally between 3-5 days weather depending. Following this, kiln dried sand will be swept back into the joints. We will then apply two coats of Smartseal block paving sealer onto the surface with a professional sprayer this will then solidify the kiln dried sand setting it solid, providing long-term protection to the surface of the blocks or natural stone/concrete patio’s.
